Join us for Chimay Red and Chimay Blue on draft paired with a Trappist Chimay cheese board. This unique cheese is rinsed in Grand Reserve! The Grand Chimay is an authentic Trappist cheese made with fresh, creamy milk from the Chimay region. Made by monks using only GMO and Grass-Fed milk. Mild and creamy, enjoy seasonal fruit, lingonberry jam, and toasted baguette on this board. Available from Thursday, January 30, at 4pm through Saturday, February 1, at 5pm. February 14 and 15th Beer My Valentine: Valentine’s Day is nothing without authentic Belgian Beer!

Fondue will dip and pair with 3 exclusive Het Anker beers on draft. It’s a Fondue party with classic Swiss fondue bourguinonne. We will feature the Goulden Carlous Tripel, Imperial Dark, and Imperial Blonde on draft. Try all 3 in a flight with food-due parings!
