Pierogies
Cleveland made. Choice of two: potato/cheddar, ricotta, sauerkraut topped with sautéed onion and side of sour cream. Deep-fried.

Bavarian Pretzel
Locally made, served warm with Düsseldorf mustard and warm beer cheese

Traditional Wiener Schnitzel (avail gluten free): Pounded thin veal, breaded, baked. Spätzle & red cabbage


Chicken Paprikash (avail gluten free): Rubbed in Hungarian paprika, braised and baked. Served over a bed of spätzle with a paprika/sour cream sauce 


Hungarian Goulash (avail gluten free): Slowly braised beef in a tomato, green pepper and onion sauce, served over spätzle


Sautéed Sausage & Apple-Kraut (naturally gluten free): Weisswurst, German Frank, Knackwurst, Bratwurst, or Vegan Dog, sautéed in apples, Riesling wine, juniper berries, onions and kraut, mashed potato


Maultaschen: Ohio City Pasta dough filled with goat cheese and spinach and topped with cauliflower sauce and seasonal sautéed vegetables


Chicken Schnitzel Oscar (avail gluten free): Pounded thin, breaded, baked chicken breast, topped with asparagus, béarnaise and crab. Served with Cleveland Kraut and mashed

Box Specials – all $8 – sandwiches pick one side: french fries, german potato-bacon salad, potato soup, or garden salad: For $2 more add a bottled beer: add a dark, pilsner, lager, gluten free lager, wheat, amber beer

Goulash Soup and a Garden Salad: Hungarian braised beef stew,  pick a house made dressing for salad


Sausage Sandwich: pick a sausage (Weisswurst, German Frank, Knackwurst, or Bratwurst, Vegan Dog) topped with sauerkraut (classic, spicy, or apple-bacon), side of mustard & pickles


Cheddar Melt: turkey OR roast beef, or sauerkraut, on local euro-bread, horseradish sauce smear, melted cheddar cheese

Beet Salad: Balsamic dressing drizzle, roasted beets with walnuts & bleu cheese over mixed greens
Cucumber Salad – creamy or vinaigrette: Thinly sliced cucumbers & red onion on a bed of local greens
