Flensburger Gold paired with an arugula and & Strawberry Salad, Altenburger Ziegenkäse (cow-goat cheese)
Flensburger Pilsner is paired with kohlrabi (a German root veggie), gratin pie, puff pastry, potato, and goat cheese.
Flensburger Weizen paired with Wheat Beer Steamed Mussels, tarragon, garlic, and butter.
Intermezzo (palate cleanser) Salted Radishes, Cucumber, and house-made Vollkornbrot (dark German bread made from rye flour and rye berries)
Flensburger Dunkel paired with Pear-Ginger and Walnut Crumble

Flensburger, the beer from the north, has a rich history. The brewery was founded on September 6, 1888, by five citizens of Flensburg and remained owned by the founder families Petersen and Dethleffsen. Its history makes it not just a beer but a living testament to Germany’s brewing tradition.
This beer dinner with 5- food pairings and 4- full pours of Flensburger hefeweizen, gold, Dunkel, and pilsner is the perfect gift for Dad. This exclusive beer dinner will be the only restaurant, bar, and tavern in Ohio offering all four traditional northern beers.
