On Friday, October 6th, at 7 p.m., Der Braumeister Restaurant will celebrate Cleveland Beer Week with Chimay and Bobo Van Mechelen.

Der Braumsieter will proudly serve the complete Chimay Trappist collection on draft. We will pour Chimay White (Cinq Cents|Tripel), Brown (Doree), Blue (Grand Reserve), and Red (Premiere) on draft. Der Brau’s kitchen will pair this unique beer tasting with heavy grazing on Chimay cheese, locally smoked meats, fresh fruit, artisan bread, house pickles, and even vegan treats. We will set the rich grazing and tasting table in our castle room. At the same time, Bobo, our importer and distributor, will teach, talk, and taste one of Begium’s most infamous exports with Beer Week attendees.

Tickets are $42 per person + tax + tip.
