In addition to Fish Fridays, Der Brau will also host a special Tuesday Lenten Beer Pairing Dinner on March 22nd. Guests will enjoy a four-course meal, each carefully paired with an Easter beer. Guests experience a unique taste of all these brews with a four-course dinner for only $60 per person.

Beer & Dinner Line-Up:

Appetizer: Sautéed & baked white asparagus in a riesling wine compound butter, finished with a decorative lingonberry purée complemented with a pour of Cidre Bouche Brut E. Dupont

Salad: maple toasted fregola, fresh radish & cucumbers over live greens, and topped with a honey-rice vinegar dressing complemented with a pour of Einbecker Mai Urbock

Vegetarian Entree: vegetarians can enjoy a smoked & dijon marinated cauliflower steak served with a creamy parmesan cheese polenta and finished with a fig glaze

Carnivore Entree: meat eaters will dine on a slow roasted smoked paprika pork hock (schweinshaxen) smothered in a dark German-chocolate mole sauce, served with creamy parmesan polenta, and sweet-sour & bacon fat braised red cabbage

*both vegetarians & carnivores will enjoy their entrees paired with with a pour of Aecht Schlenkerla “Helles Maerzen”

Dessert: a bourbon bread pudding with Majhūl dates & banana served with De Dolle Boskeun
