Hugues Dubuisson Brewery is always on the lookout for extraordinary products, just like Der Brau! In fact, the brewery only 13 white burgundy oak barrels to age and mature their Scaldis tripel ale. As a result, three years and three months later we are proud to introduce Scaldis Prestige de Charmes 2018 to our May Beer Club. The rich fruit forward taste and peppercorn after bite we will pair perfectly with a buttered shellfish. Consequently, our kitchen will serve up a shrimp scampi dinner for two, served with an arugula salad and Stone Oven Baguettes!
