CLEVELAND, Ohio – On March 15, when Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine announced restrictions on restaurants as a result of coronavirus concerns, the dining scene did more than drastically change for the time being.

Many restaurants shifted quickly to takeout, delivery and curbside options, but soon, as the days and nights with empty dining rooms mounted, one thing became clear: Even when diners are allowed back in, restaurants will look much different.
