We are celebrating the rebel of all Pinot wines! Drink the unexpected dry and smooth Pinot wines from Germany and the Alsace!
The punk rockers of the Pinot grape are here to stay! TUESDAY, June 21st, we welcome Wine Trends and its portfolio of Pinot wines from Germany and the Alsace regions that celebrate the coming of joys of summer! Join us for a wine pairing dinner that will feature a Pinot Blanc, sparkling Pinot Noir Rosé, vintage Spätburgunder, and classic Pinot Noir. Each wine is served with a complimentary dish. Four wines and four courses.

Lobster Newberg, creamy Maine lobster tail chopped, celery, live lettuce, fresh avocado, served room temp in puff pastry
2nd course (vegetarian option available)
Villa Wolf Pinot Noir 2020, german pinot noir, Pfalz, Germany
Portabella mushroom schnitzel, marinated mushroom cap breaded and fried, served with a deep-fried poached egg, topped with fried prosciutto on a bed of creamed spinach
3rd course (gluten-free dessert)
Wittmann Rotwein Trocken Spätburgunder 2015, vintage german pinot noir, Rheinhessen, Germany
Gluten-free hazelnut cake topped with ganache and lingonberry compote
